Role: You will be responsible for supporting their online gaming customers on a rang eon in-game issues such as new levels, bugs and purchasing add-ons as well as answering ad hoc support queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess MMORPG and an interest in computer games, online gaming and have good pc skills. Candidates with good customer service or people skills are at an advantage as you will be speaking and emailing customers. In addition you will need native level German as well as fluent English.
