This team supports a range of customer service, technical support and other helpdesk and pc support queries.

Role: You will take French speaking calls and emails from their clients requiring technical assistance on product or service related queries. This involves logging calls, troubleshooting the query, problem solving and closing the case. You may have to pass the case to a senior technical agent and will be required to track and diagnose the case accurately.

Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent French and English. In addition you will possess good customer service and technical support experience. Candidates with experience of Microsoft products 98, 2000, XP, Server or those that have studied IT eg A+, MCP, MCSE will be suitable. If you have a good support temperament and enjoy troubleshooting and wish to learn IT there may be positions offering training to get you �up to speed�.

German and English speaking Telesales/Delegate Sales Positions in Berlin, Germany. DX2948

Role: There are new German and English speaking telesales/delegate sales positions available in their delegate sales team in Berlin. In this position, your responsibilities will include; helping manage a portfolio of international business to business events, following up on inbound marketing and website leads, outbound validation and prequalification of prospects for clients within Germany, developing a geographical area or client list and identifying new sales opportunities. You will also demonstrate your sales acumen and product knowledge by effectively qualifying new business for the correct technology or services you are selling, creating strategic outbound campaigns for customers and executing promotion drives into selected accounts to win business/ maintain customer loyalty. You will be managed on the numbers of calls you make, opportunity identification, closes, revenue/margin, pipeline management and client meetings for field sales.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent German and fluent English and have previous experience in telesales/delegate sales, demonstrating b2b telephone selling with a proven track record. The candidate must be decisive, targets orientated, highly motivated, personable, organized, have excellent communicational skills both verbally and written, have good IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft office packages and also have an ability to form strong relationships with clients/colleagues face to face and via phone.
