Company: We are recruiting for a client that has a new shared service centre based in Greece. They are hiring staff to assist them support their customer base in France. They have customer service and IT support roles for Hebrew speakers.
Role: You will answer queries from customers on a range of product and technical issues regarding their account. These requests will be very varied and may involve sorting account management.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent Hebrew, plus excellent English. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face or on the phone and be very confident dealing with business customers.
