Role: New positions exist for Team leaders of the Accounts payable team to join their French finance team in Warsaw. The French accounts payable team are responsible for managing the payments for the French companies in the group. As part of their team you will be responsible for managing the workload of your team, conducting one to ones and reporting on key performance indicators for the particular team.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have proven team leading experience and fluent French with excellent English language skills. 1-2 years experience of working in an International outsourcing or financial role with reporting requirements and managing financial operations is necessary. You are a problem solver and you have excellent communication and social skills. Previous experience as Team Leader, Mentor or Supervisor is mandatory to be considered for the role.
