French Customer Service/Technical Support, Utrecht DX2992

Company: Regarded as one of the world�s leading technology companies our client delivers IT solutions, hardware and Outsourcing to their global client base. Their EMEA customer service and technical support role is based in Utrecht, Netherlands. They have new vacancies for French speakers to join their product team. This team supports a range of customer service, technical support and other helpdesk and pc support queries.

Role: You will take French speaking calls and emails from their clients requiring technical assistance on product or service related queries. This involves logging calls, troubleshooting the query, problem solving and closing the case. You may have to pass the case to a senior technical agent and will be required to track and diagnose the case accurately.

Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent French and English. In addition you will possess good customer service and technical support experience. Candidates with experience of Microsoft products 98, 2000, XP, Server or those that have studied IT eg A+, MCP, MCSE will be suitable. If you have a good support temperament and enjoy troubleshooting and wish to learn IT there may be positions offering training to get you �up to speed�.
