Norwegian Customer Service Account Manager in Cork DX1831

Company: Our client is one of the world’s leading IT companies accomplished with solving some of the world’s most complex IT problems. They have opened their EMEA finance and sales and operations centre in Cork, Ireland. This centre is responsible for identifying, managing and selling their services, supporting finance and customer service queries for their EMEA customer base. Their team of experience IT sales professionals sell hardware, software and information security products to new and existing Small, Medium and Enterprise customers.

Role: This position involves managing customer accounts in Norway but possibly some others in Sweden and Denmark. You will work with existing Norwegian customers to optimize their services, support their requirements and troubleshoot any issues that they may have. The support is done through email, e-chat, online demo’s, presentations and other uses of technology to support clients.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak Native level NORWEGIAN. Fluency in Swedish and/ or Danish is an advantage. You will also need skills in customer support (face-to-face or telephone based) as well as the ability to support business customers.
