Bi-lingual Dutch/French 1st line customer service in Dublin DX1671

Company: Our client is a world-class IT company that manufactures, outsources and manages some of Europe’s most advanced IT projects. Their European IT Support and customer service team currently employs over 500 people supporting 20,000 customers.

Role: Due to continued growth, new positions exist for customer oriented support professionals that can troubleshoot and assist their corporate customer base. This is a detailed role that requires solving 1st line customer problems. You will be the first port of call for corporate clients’ helpdesk queries. You will assess the seriousness of the problem, diagnose, troubleshoot, log and track the case. In either case you will solve or pass the case to a technical IT professional who may be required to solve the problem. This is a great first line support role that is not too technical.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluency in Dutch and French or Flemish and French. In addition, you will need customer service experience or acumen and evidence of working to strict timelines or in challenging circumstances. This is a high-level customer service role that will need organization and multi-taking in order to deliver the service within set parameters.
