Company: Our client is a US technology specialist who offers management solutions to optimise their clients’ workforce productivity and overall performance. They are growing their German sales team to take advantage of new opportunities in the market and are hiring a German Technology product consultant / pre-sales consultant to join their German sales and product support team.
Role: As a Product / Pre-sales consultant your responsibility will be understand your customers business needs, IT requirements and how to maximize your companies IT products and services in their environment and the sales process. You should be comfortable with learning technical specs, software development, content development & IT infrastructure. Your role will involve you designing and creating in depth presentations and product demonstrations of proposals to prepare information for technical clients meetings.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent German, spoken and written and fluent English and have at least 5 years experience on a pre-sales role. Additionally he/she will have knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent Management or workforce related software. Knowledge of content development or e-learning applications will be considered a plus. Successful candidates should have availability to travel on a regular basis as 50% of this job will require travel to clients.
