They offer services to Enterprise and SME customers across Europe. They provide voice and data services to companies in the Irish market and are now managing a large data project in Dublin.
Role: The successful candidate will responsible for supporting a major clinet on their French, Spanish and English lines. You will take inbound calls but make outbound follow up calls to give customers the service they require.
Skills: The successful candidate will have experience in customer service or sales and will know how to communicate with customers over the phone. Furthermore you will be fluent in both Spanish and French and you will speak advanced/fluent English.
