Role: In our client’s European office there is a new position available as a German speaking sales executive. The sales executive is responsible for managing the sales process of IT products for new and existing clients in German markets. Supporting these products requires a technical mindset to understand the products, how they work, the environment they are in etc. Their tasks include, managing and maximizing the relationships with existing customers, achieving company growth targets by winning new business in European markets, providing support and assistance to the sales managers when required, always providing excellent customer service and driving identified current sales opportunities through the sales cycle. He/she should manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work practises to the best of their ability to achieve the best results.
Skills: The ideal candidate must speak native/fluent German and English to an advanced level. The candidate should have previous experience in sales, telesales, outbound customer service and/or account management. The candidate must be professional, target-driven, ambitious, have the ability to work in a team and possess excellent communicational skills (verbally and written) face to face or via telephone. Good IT skills and knowledge of computers such as MS office, windows, and internet are required. Ideally the candidate will be already living in Berlin as there will be one week training there prior to moving to Lisbon.
