Company: Our client is a successful IT company and with over 10 year's experience, they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They attribute their immense success to maintaining customer satisfaction by always meeting or surpassing client expectations. One of their offices is based in Maastricht from where they support their core markets. They are now looking for English speaking Solutions Architect for their office in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Role: As a solutions architect they are responsible for merging analysis skills, business knowledge, ability to project manage, technical awareness and customer orientation. Their tasks include; ensuring they are knowledgeable of all the company's solutions, processes and procedures, researching, analyzing, designing and delivery of appropriate strategic solutions for the business and IT, making sure large-scale rollouts of the company's software are successful, cooperating with clients to ensure they fully understand and can use the company products to allow them to get the best worth from the products and improving work exercises to the best of their ability to achieve the best results
Skills: The successful candidate must speak fluent English and fluency in another European or non-European language would be a plus. They should have previous working experience in employing business process authorized by software and in supporting product innovation methodologies such as Six-Sigma, strategic planning, ideation and Stage-Gate. The candidate having a NPD certification or its equivalent would be a huge bonus. As a person, the ideal candidate would be highly motivated, a team player, quick learner, flexible, personable, have strong problem solving skills and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Willingness to do overnight travel is a must.
