Multilingual technical Support in Poland DX2946

Company: Our client is the world leader in providing IT solutions to the enterprise and SME market. They operate in more than 40 countries worldwide and employ 20,000 staff. Their European IT & Customer Service office is based in Poland where they support their corporate client’s IT products and solutions. They have new vacancies on their technical support team in Poland.
They have a new project and new team in their Poland office to support their multilingual corporate customers. This project is to provide technical support to their many multilingual clients with the company’s new products and IT solutions.

Role: New positions have been created for multilingual TSE IT Support in the Polish offices. The person in this position is responsible for; providing high quality level of technical support and answering technical questions via telephone and email, IT Network administrators and corporate customers. Their other tasks include providing online support to clients either through tutorials or online data, allocating a certain amount of time to each customer’s case, satisfying the consumer’s needs within an appropriate time period, delegating customers to their applicable language department of the company, providing technical translations to engineers if needed and communicating excellently with co-workers and customers.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent English, along with one or more of the following languages; Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Hebrew, Turkish. He/ She must have a technical or equivalent degree or at least 2 years previous experience in a technical support role. The chosen candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Exchange Server, networking, Linux and UNIX. Multi-tasking and organisational skills and the ability to identify solutions and work independently would be a benefit.
