We have won a new client project for EMEA Customer Service and IT Support roles.
Our client is a leading US technology company that are starting a new service from their Dublin HQ. They are hiring for positions in their Business-to-Business corporate support team. This team will support EMEA customers in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Greek, Hebrew, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Flemish and Danish.
Positions involve verifying the accuracy, legalities and procedural acceptance of certain transactions and enforcing the terms and conditions in order to transact the requests.
Skills; The ideal candidates will possess native fluency in French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Greek, Hebrew, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Russian, Dutch, Flemish or Danish and possess fluent written and verbal English.
In addition to the language skills you must have good attention to detail from a customer service,helpdesk, IT Support, finance support, translation, account management, order management or similar function where you will be able to demonstrate accuracy in dealing with customers.
