French Customer Service roles in Technology in Dublin DX2524

Client: Our client is highly successful global Tech company. They have their EMEA customer support and sales operations centre in Dublin, Ireland. They are growing their support team and are now hiring French speakers to join their team.

Role: Your will be responsible for managing customer accounts, interactions, information requests and other support related activities. The majority of the role will require email support but there will be an element of phone support too. This is a busy role where you will be trained in their products and services to allow you support clients effectively.

Skills: You need to be fluent, written and spoken in French. In addition you will need to have supported customers before and have experience in troubleshooting issues via phone and email.
