Nordic Technical Support, Active Directory+Exchange in Dublin! Dx2525

Company: Our client is the world leader in providing IT solutions to the enterprise and SME market. They operate in more than 40 countries worldwide and employ 20,000 staff. Their European IT Support & Engineering centre is based in Ireland where they support their corporate client’s IT products and solutions. They have additional vacancies on their Nordic Technical support team in Dublin.

Role: As part of their Nordic Technical team you will support corporate clients on complex implementations of their software. You will be responsible for ensuring that their products are correctly installed and running efficiently on the clients systems. You will need to understand MS Exchange, Networking, Windows 2000, Windows 2008 and SMTP. You will be monitoring and troubleshooting client email traffic, Spam, content filtering and other applications.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess business fluent Danish, Swedish,Finnish,Norwegian; have worked with clients in a technical support capacity and have the ability to troubleshoot issues with:
• MS Exchange
• Active Directory,
• Unix scripts, Linux,
• Windows 2000 & 2003 Server
• Networking protocols
• HTML, Javascript, PHP (Basic)

Gain: This is similar to a second level support role where you will need detailed IT skills, troubleshooting and case management skills to deliver accurate solutions to business customers.
