Role: New positions have been created on their European customer service team to support their Greek business customers on their products and services. You will support the Greek market on email, instant message and phone calls in Greek language.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 years Customer service skills, native level Greek plus excellent written and email skills. Candidates that have support business customers on products or services that are high value or complex are preferred as you may be working with senior client contacts.
