Role: Opportunities now exist at their Belfast operations centre to support their German customer base. As a member of the German reservations team you will support new and existing clients on questions regarding their reservations and helping them through the sales process.
This is a role that will require you to demonstrate ability to customer retention and customer loyalty engagement
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess Fluent German and have 6months-1 year customer service experience. We are looking for a professional with excellent telephone manners and communications skills. He/She will be computer literate and fast learner.
Ideally He/She will have previous experience in sales and/or reservations.
