Company: Our client is a US Technology giant that has centralized their EMEA Inside Sales Team in Amsterdam. They have recently developed their European sales team from Amsterdam and now wish to grow this team to take advantage of market opportunities.
They are selling complex hardware and software from Amsterdam into the UK, South African, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian & Croatian markets. The team operates channel and direct sales approaches.
Role: There are openings for technical Inside Sales manager professionals to join their Amsterdam team. This team is responsible for selling their hardware and software services and solutions to customers across Europe. Their inside sales team work closely with lead generation, Country Marketing and in-country sales teams to drive revenue.
Current opportunities are for fluent English speakers inside sales professionals to sell to the English speaking markets. This is a sales management role that involves managing a team of IT sales professionals. The sales manager will manage the sales team, setting targets, driving revenues, assisting with sales development & sales methodologies. Alongside with that he/she will be hiring and coaching new staff.
Skills: To be considered for this role you will need to be a fluent English speaker and have a track record in managing a sales team. Candidates should be able to demonstrate 2-5 years sales management as well as a background in sales. Candidates that have worked in IT sales or telesales operations are preferred as the environment is very sales focused requiring solid sales management.
