They have a new project in their European support centre in Kent, England.
Role: They currently have a vacancy for a creative Applications Engineer. This position will see you implement the test and evaluation schedules required to qualify the performance of new and existing products and see you provide technical support to internal and external customers. Where necessary, this support may be given at the customer site in the UK or Europe. You should also manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work practises to the best of your ability to achieve the best results.
Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent English and must have a strong knowledge on video
and video compression methods and should be able to use software tools like AutoCad and Visio. The candidate should have a good understanding of operations and IT networks technologies. Along with these skills the candidate should be decisive, highly motivated and enthusiastic, have the ability to work in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
