Company: Our client is a leading US company with over 25,000 staff Worldwide. Their European Customer Service & Technical Support operations are based in France. They are expanding their French support teams in Paris and are hiring staff that can start work immediately.

Role: As part of a pan-European Customer Service team you will troubleshoot client queries regarding their products and services.

As a French agent you will respond to customer calls and emails and support them on a wide range of issues, escalating when necessary. This is role for a thinker that can answer queries, act quickly and deliver great service.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in customer service. A degree, certificate or qualification in Mechanical Engineer or an interest in the automotive industry is an advantage. In addition to a good phone manner and experience dealing with customers you will need to be a fluent French speaker.
