German Technical Support Advisor in Brno DX2594

Client: Our client is a well known leading outsourcing company with over ten years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their software has revolutionized the way that consumers manage and share information. They offer various B2B solutions to many companies in the FTSE500 from admin to cash flow management. They have offices in over 15 countries and their number of employees is exceeding 100,000. They have their European operations centre in based in Brno.

Role: A new position for a German technical support advisor in their European technical support team in Brno. As a member of their German technical support team you will work on a new dedicated IT support project. The position is a varied technical role with a host of different responsibilities which include:
• Providing technical support and service to customers using telecommunication devices
• “Help” on their range of telecommunication products via phone and email,
• Provide online support to clients either through tutorials or online data.
• Satisfy the consumer’s needs within an appropriate time period.
• Allocate a certain amount of time to each customer’s case
• Communicate excellently with co-workers and customers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidates must speak fluent German and speak a sufficient level of English to understand all training materials in English, both written and verbally. Previous customer service, troubleshooting and the ability to provide solutions. Candidates should have an appreciation of IT, be highly motivated and enthusiastic.
