Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Krakow (Poland).

Role: As part of a pan-European team you will work on a B2B project troubleshooting network issues (LAN and Wireless Networks). Alongside with a selection of European network experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 6months-1 year experience in Network administration and support or IT related academic qualifications. Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills are mandatory. Each specialist will be in charge of his country so if fluency in English is mandatory a native fluency Danish is mandatory.
