They are centralizing their Gaming team in Dublin and are now hiring German and French gaming team leaders & technical support team leaders.
Role: You will manage a team of 15+ Gaming Agents supporting their EMEA customer base. You will manage the teams customer interactions (calls, emails, instant message, chat and “in game” messages) from customers for quality and training purposes. The Technical Support team leader will also manage the support issues and escalations for customers. You role is to ensure that you team is operating at the optimum level and is delivering on their service levels.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak Fluent German or French and will have worked as a team leader in a customer service, IT Support, Gaming or similar role. You must have managed a minimum of 15 agents and have knowledge of IT and service levels.
Team Leaders with knowledge of PC gaming, MMORPG, games players, games testing or similar games interest or skills are preferred. Candidates that have previous IT support, PC support or helpdesk will be at an advantage as you will have managed teams supporting customers on technical issues.
