Company: Our client has centralized their EMEA IT & Customer support operations in Romania. They have several operations centres that support a range of customer service and technical support services. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in this centre. They have large global clients that they operate technical support services, helpdesk support and customer service solutions for. Current opportunities exist for Dutch & Flemish speakers to join their Romanian team.
Role: This positions are for customer service and 1st line support helpdesk role. The duties include answering calls and emails from corporate customers about their software, hardware or other systems. You will troubleshoot the issues, find solutions or work with the 2nd level team to address the technical or service issues.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent Dutch or Flemish plus English. Candidates with customer service experience, IT knowledge, Microsoft applications, NT, 2000, Exchange, MCP, MCSE, A+ are relevant for the mix of service and technical roles.
