They have a European Sales Team based in Dublin where they serve the UK, Ireland, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Austrian and Swiss markets. This centrally based team is responsible for working with their European territory managers, marketing executives and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities with new and existing customers of all sizes.

Due to the ease of deploying, customizing and training users they are able to sell to customers across Europe via telephone and conference calls. Their sales process has been optimized to allow sales professionals to maximize their territory and increase sales volume and margin leading to fantastic earnings opportunities for dedicated and experienced sales professionals.

Role: New positions exist for experienced German, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speaking sales professionals with software, hardware, IT, or business-to-business sales to join their Dublin based team. Working with new and existing small and medium customers you will work in a targeted telesales. Business development executives are responsible for winning large named accounts in a given territory and developing their own customers. Typically you will deal with senior executives and decision makers to understand their business needs and provide solutions to meet these needs.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level German, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish and at least 1-2 years telesales experience in an inside sales, account management or business development role. You will need to demonstrate sales acumen, success in new business sales role in your previous role, target driven attitude, margin and volume focus as well as the willingness to develop a market. This is a fast-paced sales environment that is focused on new or incremental sales not managing accounts.
