Company: Our client has an International Contact Centre based in Lyon, France. From this office they manage their customer interactions with their European customers.
Role: A new position exists for a bi-lingual Dutch and French speaker. The role will involve receiving inbound calls and emails from their customer base. These calls will involve you to troubleshoot queries, diagnose the problem and arrange for a solution. This may mean arranging for an engineer to visit the client or could be an account or other query.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent Dutch and French and possess customer service experience. In addition you will need to be interested in living and working in Lyon.
