Their European software sales team is based in Dublin, Ireland. This team is responsible for lead generation, account management, pre-sales and management of their EMEA customer base (c.€2bn).

From Ireland they serve the UK, Ireland, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Austrian and Swiss markets.

Due to the ease of deploying, customizing and implementing their products and services they are able to sell to customers across Europe via telephone and conference calls. Their sales process has been optimized to ensure sales professionals maximize their territory, increase sales volume and margin leading to fantastic earnings opportunities for dedicated sales professionals.

Role: New positions exist for experienced German, Dutch and Nordic business development professionals with software, hardware, IT, or SaaS sales to join their Dublin based team. Working with new and existing SME & Enterprise customers you will work in a targeted sales environment where you will be rewarded for your success. Business development executives are responsible for responding to customer leads, understanding customer needs, identifying solutions and delivering web demo’s and pitches to win the business.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent German, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish and at least 1-2 years hardware, software, IT or b2b sales experience in an inside sales, account management or business development role. You will need to demonstrate sales acumen, success in new business sales in your previous role, target driven attitude, margin and volume focus as well as the willingness to develop a market. This is a fast-paced sales environment that is focused on new or incremental sales not managing accounts.
