Role: New positions exist for German Customer support specialists to join their team. As part of a global team you will support German customers on a range of enquiries either by phone or email.

Skills: To be considered for the role you will need native fluency in German. Additionally you should be fluent in English. Candidates should have supported customers in a previous role either face-to-face, on the phone or by email and be very confident dealing with business customers.
