Dutch PC Gaming & Technical Support role for #1 Gaming company! DX1819

They are centralizing their Gaming team in Dublin and are now hiring Dutch gaming technical support professionals.

Role: You will take calls, emails, instant message, chat and “in game” messages from customers. Technical Support team troubleshoots hardware, software and other support issues for customers. These could be a range of queries to do with their As a member of their technical support team you will work on technical queries from clients regarding their software. This may be escalation issues from product support, technical queries, installations or various support activities.

Skills: The candidates that we are looking for this role will have a good knowledge of solid modeling software and the concepts of Boolean operations, parametric and feature based modeling (CAD), BRep and FRep. He/She will be customer oriented with capacity for analysis and troubleshooting. Only native-level Dutch speakers will be considered, as this role requires supporting business customers. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
