Company: Our client is a datawarehouse and business intelligence provider that has pioneered world class analytic databases that help solve data management issues and some of the worlds most complex data projects. Their solutions offer clients open source, SME and Enterprise level solutions that can be adopted to companies of most sizes. They have witnessed a large increase in uptake of their latest release and are now seeking to maximize this opportunity by hire a lead sales professional.
Role: A new position has been created for a senior sales professional that is interested in selling complex technology solutions to EMEA customers. The role will be to follow up inbound leads, develop a market and territory plan and execute your sales strategy. This is a revenue generating role that will allow you to develop your own sales, work with global marketing to leverage existinmg relationships and embark on strategic marketing plans that will contribute to sales.
Inside sales are responsible for following up on leads, gathering requirements, pitching services and products, presenting web demos and closing the sale. This is a complete sales life-cycle role where you will manage the client from acquisition to close.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years software sales, preferably in a technical sales role, where you will have managed your own customer acquisition, performed inside sales and account management and closed deals. In addition you must be familiar with the IT industry, business intelligence, Database management softwares, Data warehousing and software lifecycles. This is a complex product that will require in-depth IT knowledge and experience.
