Role: A position has arisen for a Dutch or Flemish customer service and technical support agent. You will be responsible for taking calls from existing business customers on a range of issues both product and technical related. These corporate customers will be demanding and it will require you to understand the products, services, offerings and website support portal “inside out”. The customers will be a mix of direct and partner with an array of queries that will keep you constantly learning.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak either Flemish or Dutch and have experience in customer service, helpdesk, technical support or similar. Candidates with MCP, MCSE, A+ or similar IT qualifications are welcome.
