German-French customer service in Brighton DX1802

Company: Our client has become a household name across Europe and now operates in over 60 countries, employing 50,000 people with annual revenues of $15bn. They have centralised their European Customer Service and Financial Shared Service operations into the South of England. This operation is responsible for over 1 million customers and €6bn worth of annual sales.

Role: Due to customer demands new positions have been created to support their European customers. Their European Customer Service Team is responsible for managing the needs of their English, German and French customers. Customer service representatives are responsible for a particular market and support the needs of their corporate customers in that region. You will take between 20-40 calls per day and troubleshoot the needs of your customers. In addition you will process customer orders, respond to ad hoc queries and develop your relationship with your customers.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluency in German, French and English with customer service or client facing skills. Experience of working in a professional work environment will be an advantage as you will be joining a major employer in the South of England.
