French Technology Inside Sales Manager in Paris DX1760

Company: Our client is a pioneering US Technology company that is regarded as the leader in the online software, networking and communications field. They have expanded their business and grown their margins and penetration in the EMEA market over the last 5 years and are now interested in continuing this growth through employing additional sales staff.

Role: A new role is available for a Native level French speaker to join their French Sales Team in Paris. This role is to manage a team of 5-8 Inside Sales Professionals that manage direct and channel sales. The inside sales team are responsible for managing existing customer accounts, channel sales and new business. They are targeted on growing their account base, sales and margin and have a split of 60% existing and 40% new business. The inside sales team manages approximately 400 accounts each and manages the complete sales life cycle from lead generation to demonstration and close.

They are now hiring a sales manager with a technology inside sales background. This role will be to manage the sales team on technique, performance, channel management and development of the French market.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level French with fluent English. You will need to have managed a sales team for a technology company in lead generation, maintenance and renewals, inside sales or account management. Ideally you will have 12 months plus management and 3+ years IT sales.
