Role: At the moment they are looking for a French speaker to join their Credit Controller team. This role involves contacting customers to ensure invoices are paid and identifying queries and issues in payment collection and record. You will ensure the record of all deductions and you will review problems, balances and orders.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level French, with fluent English. An additional European language will be an advantage. You will have a proven track record in collections, understanding of receivables/payables and customer contact experience; you will have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SAP, Word and Excel.
