German Customer Service & Technical Support in Eindhoven €1,700-1,900 p/m plus bonus


Company: Our client is a global technology and electronics company that is known for their innovative and leading edge business and consumer products. They have developed a suite of products that are innovative, offer many features and their market share is the fastest rising in EMEA and Asia. They have a customer service and technical support centre based in The Netherlands where they support their corporate customers on their range of products. A rise in sales has meant the need to expand their team that supports these products and positions now exist for Fluent German speakers to join their support team in Eindhoven.

Role: As a member of their customer support team you will answer calls, emails and queries from customers on the complete range of products. You may be supporting pc’s, laptops, DVD, peripherals in both German and English. The position is Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 and will require you to troubleshoot on a range of support queries on product, technical and service related issues.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent German and English. Fluency or knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. Candidates with previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, customer service or similar will thrive!
