Bilingual Inside Sales Account manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands DX2790

Company: Our client is a US Technology giant that has centralized their EMEA inside sales team in Amsterdam. They have recently developed their European sales team from Amsterdam and now wish to grow this team to take advantage of market opportunities.
They are selling complex hardware and software from Amsterdam to the UK, South African, German, French, Italian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian & Croatian markets. The team operates channel and direct sales approaches.

Role: In our client`s European office there is a new position available as a bilingual inside sales account manager. The inside sales account manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of the client. Their tasks will include, involving client account management to identify and uncover new sales opportunities in these accounts, receiving new opportunities from the lead generation team or field sales that they will need to close and manage through the sales process, meeting targets that include gross sales revenue, margin etc and renewing maintenance and support contracts. He/she should manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work practises to the best of their ability to achieve the best results.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Czech, Hungarian or Slovak along with speaking fluent English. The candidate must be self motivated, enthusiastic, results orientated, have the ability to manage their time efficiently and possess excellent communicational skills via phone and face to face. Ideally the candidate will have good IT skills such as having experience with tools (Excel, Word, CRM, and PowerPoint). Preferably the candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to manage the sales cycle, maximize sales opportunities, cross sell, close deals, negotiate contracts, prepare RFI/RFP and forecast sales opportunities. The candidate should have previous experience in IT sales.
