Role: In our client’s European office there is a new position available as a trilingual internal recruiter. The internal recruiter is responsible for managing all the recruitment needs by applying appropriate attraction, selection and offer strategies to ensure the business recruitment needs are reached. Their tasks include, maintaining the database of candidates, ensuring they are up to date etc, managing incoming CVs and recruitment providers, performing first and second round interviews and assessments and ensuring feedback from these interviews are gathered, communicating with the hiring line managers on recruitment needs, providing management information reports and analysis on fees and expenses on recruitments for the agency. He/she should improve work practises to the best of their ability to achieve the best results
Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Greek, English and German or French along with having a degree in preferably human resources. . The candidate must be self motivated, enthusiastic, and organised, have the ability to manage their time efficiently and possess excellent communicational skills via phone and face to face. Ideally the candidate will have good IT skills such as experience with database management, excel and record keeping. The chosen candidate is required to have previous experience with multilingual recruitment and have strong knowledge of the recruitment and interview procedures.
