Looking for French Accounts Receivable in Berlin, Germany DX2405

Company: Our client is a major European heavy industry conglomerate with operations across the globe. They have grown their business to over $100bn and close to 100,000 staff on 5 continents. They have recently centralized their European Finance, HR and legal operations in a Shared Service Centre in Berlin and are now hiring staff to work in accounts payable, accounts receivable & collections, payroll, accountancy and other finance roles.

Role: New positions exist for French Accounts receivable professionals to join our client’s French finance team in Berlin. As an accounts receivable professional they’re responsible for managing the payments for the French companies. Their tasks include:
 Managing French clients/customers in the AR process, inputting them in SAP etc
 Following up, collecting and allocating of payments and accruals
 Carrying out billing, collecting and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
 Reconciling of accounts
 Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
 Maintaining accounts receivable customer files
 Following established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
 Preparing bank deposits
 Investigating and resolving customer queries
 Processing adjustments
 Organizing a recovery system and initiating collection efforts
 Communicating with customers via phone, email or mail

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess detailed Accounts receivable experience (1-2 years experience) in a large organisation. Candidates with previous knowledge in a Shared Service Centre environment or international finance operation are preferred as there will be a large number of transactions and processes to understand. The chosen candidate must speak fluent French and fluent German or English.
