Company: Our client is a successful provider of FMCG and consumer retail brands with over 10 year’s experience; they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They attribute their immense success to maintaining client satisfaction by always meeting or surpassing client expectations. One of their offices is based in Hamburg from where they support their core markets. Their Hamburg operation manages sales and customer service. They are now looking for a Swiss-German and English speaking Customer Care Specialist for their office in Hamburg, Germany.

Role: In our client’s European office there is a new position available as a Swiss-German speaking Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for working in a team, providing excellent customer service and account support to customers. Their tasks include,
• Working in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards. Working on specific lines of business in messenger, live mail, live ID and hotmail.
• Providing a personalized response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality and accurate responses
• Taking inbound telephone calls where business needs
• Proactively seeking feedback on ways to improve personal performance
• Taking ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer/Assists product specialists to find resolutions
• Taking part in, and encouraging active participation in team discussion activities and focus groups
• Assisting team manager in assessing and auditing responses and completing quality response

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Swiss German and fluent English with at least 6 months previous experience in customer service. The candidate must be self motivated, results orientated, organized, have the ability to work within a team (raise morale), have problem solving and troubleshooting skills and have excellent communicational skills both verbally and written. Good IT skills are also required for this role, previous experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office and the internet.
