La risorsa si occupera’ di gestire un ampio portafoglio clienti (private e pubblici) rappresentando il primo punto di contatto per la clientela con l’obiettivo di incrementare le vendite di tali prodotti IT.La gestione del portafoglio clienti avverra’ esclusivamente per via telematica.
Skills: Il candidato ideale deve avere precedente esperienza nel settore vendite IT e ottime capacita’ gestionali e comunicative.

Company: Our client is a technology company that provides internet services to clients across Europe. Their Benelux team is based in Belfast where they support Flemish and Dutch. They have a mix of customer support and Sales Account Management in this office for the local market.
Role: A position has arisen for a Dutch or Flemish Sales Account Manager to join the team. Based in Belfast you will manage a group of 400 customers. Your role will be to support them on customer requests, sales and make them aware of the latest products and services. You will have a sales target for these accounts that will include new business sales and margin for closing deals.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak either Flemish or Dutch and have experience in telesales, sales, account management, business development or lead generation. As this role is a mix of sales and service candidates with good organisation skills and knowledge of CRM systems are preferred. Previous experience working to targets and KPI’s is an advantage.

They are continuing to grow their European Sales Team and have a new position in London for a Dutch and English speaking Inside sales professional.
Role: Inside Sales professionals are responsible for marketing and selling their suite of products to new and existing clients. The role is office based and requires someone with solid business development, canvassing, cold calling or telesales skills to make contact with potential customers. This is a targeted new business role that will see you sell to businesses in Benelux and UK.
Skills: Successful candidates will be able to display inside sales, business development or telesales as well as account management in the IT industry. You should be able to manage your own portfolio of customers, pipeline management, lead generation and web demos. Some face-to-face sales will be necessary in the newer services and they will be approximately up to 20% of your role. In addition you will need fluent English and Dutch.
