Role: Due to customer demands new positions have been created to support their European customers. Their European Customer Service Team is responsible for managing the needs of their English and Danish customers. Customer service representatives are responsible for a particular market and support the needs of their corporate customers in that region. You will take between 20-40 calls per day and troubleshoot the needs of your customers. In addition you will process customer orders, respond to ad hoc queries and develop your relationship with your customers.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluency in Danish with customer service or client facing skills. Experience of working in a professional work environment will be an advantage as you will be joining a major employer in the South of England.

Role: The successful candidate will responsible for supporting a major clinet on their French, Spanish and English lines. You will take inbound calls but make outbound follow up calls to give customers the service they require.
