Role: They are currently recruiting for a native German speaker reservations agent. He/She will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers in German and advising them on the best products to meet their needs. This is an inbound sales job that requires you to listen to the customer, understand their needs and advise and close them on taking the most suitable product. The position is managed on metrics such as call ratios, sales conversions from calls and meeting company and team targets.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 6+ month’s previous reservation sales, telesales, business development or similar targeted inbound or outbound sales role. Candidates with solid customer service skills gained in a contact centre that can demonstrate target driven work experience may be considered.
