Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service & Technical support headquarters is based in Dublin.
Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on a dedicated project and provide customers with specific information about high-tech devices, hardware and software. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products and services. You will join the German country team in a dynamic and international environment based in Dublin.
Skills: The ideal candidates will be customer oriented with IT knowledge gained in pc, network or helpdesk support. Good knowledge of telecommunications and networking (network access server functionality & troubleshooting). Proficiency with PC workstations, basic software, and applications and familiarity with Internet Explorer and MS Office applications. A good understanding of Databases, Oracle, Linux Console Commands, and SQL is an advantage. Good knowledge of mobile devices and web protocols (SMPP, HTTP), Windows 2000 and XP, and Linux command line environments.
Only native-level German speakers will be considered as this role requires supporting business customers.

Role: Due to an increase in business a new German IT Support role has been created to support their German clients. As a member of their technical support team you will work on technical queries from clients regarding their software. This may be escalation issues from product support, technical queries, installations or various support activities.
Skills: The candidates that we are looking for this role will have a good knowledge of solid modeling software and the concepts of Boolean operations, parametric and feature based modeling (CAD), BRep and FRep. He/She will be customer oriented with capacity for analysis and troubleshooting. Only native-level German speakers will be considered, as this role requires supporting business customers. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
