Role: As part of their European technical support team you will support Dutch-speaking customers on a variety of inbound calls requiring you to troubleshoot their IT issues. You will take between 30-65 calls per day that will require you to troubleshoot customer queries regarding technology devices.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent Dutch and English. Previous IT experience in PC applications, hardware, software, networking or other support experience is required.
