German Senior technical support in Dublin DX1552

Company: Our client is a worldwide leader in database software & CRM applications for business professionals. Their customer base has exploded and millions of users enjoy the fruits of their research and development on a daily basis. Due to this success they are now hiring a German senior technical support analyst.

Role: As part of a pan-European team, in a contract basis, you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of small structures / medium size IT outsourcer) troubleshooting raid issues. Alongside with a selection of European experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.

Skills: The ideal candidate for this position is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with at least 2-3 years experience in hardware / software support, PCP and good command of MS. Preferably experience in remote support at a 2nd / 3rd level. Knowledge of every different aspects of the network administration (hard- and software) in addition to a willingness to learn about state-of-art equipment. Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills are mandatory. Each specialist will be in charge of his country so if fluency in English is mandatory a native fluency in German is mandatory.

German Customer Service & Technical Support in Eindhoven €1,700-1,900 p/m plus bonus


Company: Our client is a global technology and electronics company that is known for their innovative and leading edge business and consumer products. They have developed a suite of products that are innovative, offer many features and their market share is the fastest rising in EMEA and Asia. They have a customer service and technical support centre based in The Netherlands where they support their corporate customers on their range of products. A rise in sales has meant the need to expand their team that supports these products and positions now exist for Fluent German speakers to join their support team in Eindhoven.

Role: As a member of their customer support team you will answer calls, emails and queries from customers on the complete range of products. You may be supporting pc’s, laptops, DVD, peripherals in both German and English. The position is Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 and will require you to troubleshoot on a range of support queries on product, technical and service related issues.

Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent German and English. Fluency or knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. Candidates with previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, customer service or similar will thrive!
