Role: A new European HR team is being developed in Bucharest that will recruit for all EMEA countries. This team will work with local HR & Management to identify roles, write job specs and start searching for suitable qualified candidates.
Successful candidates will specialize in a particular market to understand the EMEA hiring plan, vacancies and staff up the positions for all EMEA stakeholders.
Skills: Candidates will need to demonstrate a successful track record of recruitment in Finance, Law, Contact Centre, IT and Corporate & Business functions. In addition to this you will need to have a University degree or specialism/understanding of the sector in question. You will have worked in a company or position that was involved in Finance, Law, Contact Centre, IT and Corporate & Business functions. The candidates will speak fluent Dutch and English.
The successful applicant will be the hands-on recruitment specialist and will need to be able to organise hiring plans, work to targets and liaise with business unit heads.

Current opportunities exist for team leaders to join their Romanian team.
Role: New positions exist for an Accounts Payable Team leader to join their finance team. As the manager of the accounts payable team you will be responsible for managing their international client base. Fast growth and acquisitions has meant that the small and rapidly growing team require experienced team leaders to help them manage their customer base, service levels and general operations to ensure that customers are dealt with properly and promptly.
You will be the point of contact for all escalated customer service queries and will be expected to lead a team of professionals to ensure they comply with process and operational requirements. This is a highly visible role that will allow you exposure to new projects, successful candidates can move into operations or team management.
Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent English and a second European language will be considered an advantage. In addition you will possess detailed team lead experience, knowledge of financial services and insurance industry and good team management skills.

Role: Additional positions have been created for Czech and for Hungarian Accountants. These roles will involve you managing client projects and presenting the monthly figures and analyzing the projects for the client CFO’s.
This is an advanced Accounting role that will require you to know and understand Country Accounting, regulatory and financial processes as you will deal with high level client executives and stakeholders.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Accounting (CIMA, ACCA or qualified in their home country) or be qualified by experience having worked as an accountant for 5-10+ years.
Candidates should have knowledge of financial analysis, analytical accounting, country accountant or business analysis or business analyst. You will need detailed experience of preparing monthly accounts, profit & loss, balance sheet and regulatory knowledge. Ideally you will have knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, tax and treasury.
