Benelux Technology Inside Sales Manager in Cork DX1833
Company: Our client is a major US Technology firm that has been responsible for a revolution in their segment. Widely recognised as a technology thought leader they deliver technology designed to substantially lower IT Costs by delivering more automated systems and infrastructure allowing clients greater flexibility. Customers of all sizes have adopted their solutions including all of the Fortune 100.
Role: They have recently established their European Sales function in Cork, Ireland. This team is responsible for selling their hardware and software services and solutions to customers across Europe. Their inside sales teams work closely with lead generation, Country Marketing and in-country sales teams to profile new customers, present web demos and drive revenue and margin.
A new position has been created for a Benelux Inside Sales Manager. This is a sales management role that involves managing a team of IT sales professionals that will cover the Dutch, Belgian & Nordic region. The sales manager will manage the Nordic and Dutch sales team, setting targets, driving revenues, assisting with sales development & sales methodologies and hiring new staff. The team will be 15-20 staff and this number will grow.
Skills: To be considered for this role you will need to be a fluent Dutch speaker and have a track record in managing a sales team in an IT Sales environment. Candidates should be able to demonstrate 2-4 years sales management as well as a background in technology sales. Candidates that have worked in IT sales or telesales operations are preferred as the environment is very sales focused requiring solid sales management.

Dutch and Flemish Sales Account Managers in Belfast, Northern Ireland DX1792

Company: Our client is a technology company that provides internet services to clients across Europe. Their Benelux team is based in Belfast where they support Flemish and Dutch. They have a mix of customer support and Sales Account Management in this office for the local market.
Role: A position has arisen for a Dutch or Flemish Sales Account Manager to join the team. Based in Belfast you will manage a group of 400 customers. Your role will be to support them on customer requests, sales and make them aware of the latest products and services. You will have a sales target for these accounts that will include new business sales and margin for closing deals.
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak either Flemish or Dutch and have experience in telesales, sales, account management, business development or lead generation. As this role is a mix of sales and service candidates with good organisation skills and knowledge of CRM systems are preferred. Previous experience working to targets and KPI’s is an advantage.
