Role: As part of a pan-European team, in a contract basis, you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of small structures / medium size IT outsourcer) troubleshooting raid issues. Alongside with a selection of European experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.

Skills: The ideal candidate for this position is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with at least 2-3 years experience in hardware / software support, PCP and good command of MS. Preferably experience in remote support at a 2nd / 3rd level. Knowledge of every different aspects of the network administration (hard- and software) in addition to a willingness to learn about state-of-art equipment. Role: In this role your main task will be ensuring the accurate and culturally appropriate content of support emails and FAQs. You will be translating documents and making sure that all the content regarding company products is up to date in all the supports and that all the possible mistakes are fixed.
