More than 12,000 employees are working for this company in several locations worldwide on several areas of expertise: automotive, banking, finance and technology.

Role: They are managing a major customer support contract for a major German automotive company. New positions have been created on this team supporting Car dealers in Germany, The Netherlands and France. The position involves answering queries from dealerships regarding warranties, accessories, parts and other ad hoc questions.

As part of their French customer service team you will provide French speaking customers with all the information they need via phone and email. You will track the queries and respond to them within the agreed timelines in order to manage the dealer network as efficiently as possible.
This is a varied and complex business-to-business support role that requires organisation skills’, customer focus and sales support qualities.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years customer service or
sales order management/ processing skills. You will have detailed customer skills, database knowledge and have experience in order tracking and management. More than 12,000 employees are working for this company in several locations worldwide on several areas of expertise: automotive, banking, finance and technology.

They manage one of Germany’s largest automotive giants dealer network in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Slovakia. This project involves them supporting the European dealers in their local language on post sales support, technical automotive support (mechanical, electrical and electronic) and other issues that may arise within the network.

Role: The position involves advising dealers and workshops on mechanical, electrical and electronic issues regarding their cars, parts and products. You will support customers via phone, email and fax. Some of the work is diagnosing faults, troubleshooting problems, technical advice and support to the dealer network. You will act as the technical contact for electrics / electronics, mechanical and become the Interface between the automotive manufacturers and dealers. This will involve you researching and working with your team to troubleshoot answers and track the appropriate solutions for the dealer network.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, French, Czech-Slovac or Dutch plus have completed an apprentice as a mechanic, electrical engineer, automotive engineer, automotive electrician or service electrician. In addition you will need hands on electrical/electronics skills in a workshop or electronic service role. Candidates with detailed automotive mechanical skills will excel in this role.

Customer and Operations Assistant for fashion company in Dublin DX1799

Company: Our client is a popular fashion company founded in the USA that has started selling their fresh and stylish collection into Europe. Due to the success in this brand expansion they are now looking for an Operations Manager in their Dublin offices.

Role: This role will involve many different tasks from order taking and processing to negotiations with suppliers and resellers. Alongside with that you will take care of invoice queries, credits and ad hoc large customer/retailers requests. The role requires you to speak to customers over the phone and via email in order to deliver the appropriate customer service targets, service levels and operational targets.

Skills: The successful candidate will have 2-3 years experience in customer service, administration or account management environment and knows how to communicate with customers and clients to a business level over the phone. You are used to working on your own and you don’t need much supervision. Knowledge of SAP will be preferred. Furthermore you are fluent in English, one of the following languages would be an advantage: German, French, Spanish.
