Company: Our client is a leading BPO company based close to Frankfurt. They provide business solutions to their clients in order to improve their revenues, customer service and reduce their costs. More than 12,000 employees are working for this company in several locations worldwide on several areas of expertise: automotive, banking, finance and technology.

Role: They are managing a major customer support contract for a major German automotive company. New positions have been created on this team supporting Car dealers in Germany, The Netherlands and France. The position involves answering queries from dealerships regarding warranties, accessories, parts and other ad hoc questions.

As part of their French customer service team you will provide French speaking customers with all the information they need via phone and email. You will track the queries and respond to them within the agreed timelines in order to manage the dealer network as efficiently as possible.
This is a varied and complex business-to-business support role that requires organisation skills’, customer focus and sales support qualities.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years customer service or
sales order management/ processing skills. You will have detailed customer skills, database knowledge and have experience in order tracking and management. In addition you will require fluency in French plus English to native-level fluency (written and spoken). Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage!
